What's the difference between translation and localization?

Translation converts words from one language to another. Localization adapts the entire user experience (tone, cultural references, formatting, and trust signals) so the product feels native to its market. Tybo focuses on localization, not translation.

Do you work with banks and fintech specifically?

Yes. Banks, fintech, and SaaS targeting MENA are our core focus. We've handled mobile banking onboarding, payment flows, KYC microcopy, and trust language across multiple regional markets.

What languages do you cover?

Our flagship pairing is English ↔ Arabic, including Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects (Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine). For other languages, we work with vetted partners under our quality oversight.

Process & timelines
How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused onboarding rewrite is typically 2–4 weeks. A full localization audit and content system can take 6–8 weeks. Smaller, well-defined projects can be delivered in 1–2 weeks.

What does your process look like?

How involved do I need to be?

Less than you'd think. We embed with your team for the first kick-off, then deliver iteratively. Expect 2–3 short reviews per week during active phases.

How is pricing structured?

We offer two engagement models: (1) fixed-scope projects with a defined deliverable and price; (2) monthly retainers for ongoing partnerships. Specific pricing is shared after a free consultation.

Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. Mutual NDAs are standard for our fintech and banking clients. We can sign yours, or provide ours.

Do you offer trial projects?

For new banking and fintech clients, we frequently start with a single small flow (e.g., a login or password reset) so you can evaluate our work before committing to a larger engagement.

Do you work remotely or in-person?

Both. We're based in Dubai but routinely work with teams across MENA, Europe, and the US. For sensitive engagements (e.g., banking), we can travel to your office.

What if I don't have an existing UX writing process?

That's common, and exactly where we add the most value. We can build your bilingual content workflow from scratch alongside delivering content for your current project.

Who will I be working with?
